Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the mentorship community and resources, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Order Conditions

Prices are subject to change at any time. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, the price you paid is locked in. Future price increases or decreases do not apply to past purchases.

Digital Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive access to your digital product, course, or community. You are responsible for ensuring that your email, account information, and login details are entered correctly.

Purchase Terms & Payment Policy

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Access to programs, communities, and materials requires that all installments are made on time.

Access Revocation

Access may be paused or revoked if a payment fails, is declined, disputed, or missed. Access will be restored once payments are caught up.

Product Updates

We may update, improve, add, or remove program material, features, or bonuses at any time without notice. Updates are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion.

Promotions

Discounts, promotional offers, or bonus incentives do not apply retroactively. Promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any product, program, membership, course, digital download, or service offered by Your Purpose Era (YPE), you acknowledge and agree that filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or financial institution will result in the immediate removal of access to all associated products, programs, bonuses, memberships, community access, and digital content.

This policy applies regardless of the outcome of the dispute. Whether the dispute is resolved in favor of the customer or in favor of Your Purpose Era (YPE), access to the disputed product, program, membership, community, and all associated benefits will be permanently revoked.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that initiating a payment dispute constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent forfeiture of access to all related content and services.

Lifetime Access Definition

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the program, platform, or business — not your personal lifetime.

Access remains active as long as Lee Joy operates and offers the Your Purpose Era Community. If the program, platform, or business discontinues, access ends.

Testimonials & Earnings Disclaimer

Testimonials shared by Lee Joy or community members reflect real experiences but are not guarantees of results.

Earnings vary based on:

• consistency

• effort

• content creation

• engagement

• application of lessons taught

• personal circumstances

No specific results, income levels, or outcomes are guaranteed.

Your success is determined by your own actions, dedication, and commitment.

Personal Responsibility

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any program, you agree that you are responsible for your own progress and results.

You understand that:

• This is not a “get rich quick” program

• Success requires effort and consistent action

• No outcome is promised or guaranteed

You agree not to hold Lee Joy, Your Purpose Era Community, or associated parties liable for any decisions, actions, or results you experience.

Access & Conduct

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials private

• Not share course or community access

• Behave respectfully in all community spaces

• Follow all posted community guidelines

• Refrain from harassment, negativity, or inappropriate conduct

Failure to comply may result in removal from the community with no refund.

Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, PDFs, modules, templates, trainings, and posts within the community are the intellectual property of Your Purpose Era by Lee Joy.

You may not:

• Copy

• Resell

• Distribute

• Claim as your own

• Use materials to create your own course, mentorship, or training

Legal action may be taken for violation of these terms.

Mentorship Disclaimer

By joining any program, community, or mentorship space provided by Your Purpose Era, you acknowledge that:

• Group mentorship, Zoom calls, community posts, and educational resources are general guidance only

• You are not purchasing 1:1 coaching unless explicitly stated

• Advice shared is based on experience, opinion, and general best practices

• This is not legal, financial, or professional advice

• Results vary based on effort, consistency, mindset, and personal circumstances

No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Confidentiality & Privacy

To protect the safety and privacy of all members, you agree:

• Not to share screenshots, recordings, or content from inside the community

• Not to distribute or repost Zoom calls or training content

• To respect the privacy of fellow members

• Not to record, duplicate, sell, or share any materials

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

Community Guidelines

Your Purpose Era is a positive, supportive learning environment.

You agree to:

• Treat all members with kindness and respect

• Avoid negativity, drama, or harassment

• Offer encouragement and support

• Ask questions within the community rather than private DMs

• Use the space for growth and learning

• Refrain from pitching outside offers

• Avoid comparison — everyone is at a different stage

• Follow guidance from moderators and leadership

Failure to follow guidelines may result in revoked access.

Protecting the YPE Community

YPE was built to be a safe, supportive space where we grow together — not a place for competing offers or outside promotions.

Because of this, we have a zero-tolerance policy for:

Upselling or promoting any outside programs, products, or affiliate links

Messaging members privately with opportunities not related to YPE

Redirecting members to other communities, courses, or platforms

We are here to lift each other up, not pull attention away from what we are building inside YPE.

If this boundary is crossed, you will be removed from the community.

Refunds, Disputes, Affiliate Responsibility& MRR Structure

Your Purpose Era operates as a reseller/affiliate program within your storefront. All customer sales are made directly through you as the affiliate — not the program owner.

If a customer initiates a dispute or chargeback:

• The Program owner is not responsible for dispute resolution

• Responsibility lies solely with the affiliate

• Any fees, chargebacks, or refunds are the affiliate’s responsibility

This structure exists to ensure:

• Clear ownership of customer transactions

• Accountability

• Protection of the program and community

Banks and payment processors may determine the affiliate as the seller, and by participating, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

Testimonials & Use of Submitted Content

By posting or submitting testimonials, feedback, posts, images, videos, or messages within the Your Purpose Era community, you grant Your Purpose Era a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use the content.

Content may be used for:

• Marketing and advertising

• Social media

• Websites and sales pages

• Educational materials

• Email campaigns

Content may be edited for clarity without altering meaning.

No compensation is owed for submitted content.

Earnings, Results & Success Disclaimer

Your Purpose Era is an educational mentorship program. No guarantees of income, results, or success are made.

You acknowledge:

• Results are not guaranteed

• Effort, consistency, and implementation determine outcomes

• Examples shared are educational and not typical or promised results

Participation does not ensure profitability or financial gain.

Modification of Terms

Your Purpose Era reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes may be communicated via email or platform updates.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Your Purpose Era and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, confidential, or consequential damages.

No earnings, sales, income, or business outcomes are promised.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in the Your Purpose Era Community or affiliate program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate and/or reseller of Your Purpose Era (“Program”). By purchasing access to the Program and/or promoting it as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms in full.

Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Access Included With Your Purchase

With your purchase of Your Purpose Era, you receive:

Full access to the Your Purpose Era mentorship community

Access to all income stream trainings included in the Program at the time of purchase

Access to future updates and improvements to the core Program, at the sole discretion of the Program owner

Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed outside the terms of this affiliate agreement.

2. Reseller Rights & Affiliate Commissions

As part of Your Purpose Era, you are granted affiliate rights to promote the Program.

You may resell Your Purpose Era and earn 80% commission on qualifying sales.

The current listed price of Your Purpose Era is $555 USD.

80% of $555 = $444 USD

20% Program Owner Share = $111 USD per sale

This means you earn $444 per qualifying sale.

Commission rates, pricing, and affiliate terms are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Program owner. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not impact commissions already paid.

You acknowledge that you are an independent affiliate and not an employee, contractor, partner, or agent of the Program.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

The standard price of Your Purpose Era is $555 USD.

Payment is due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and selected.

Failure to complete all scheduled payments may result in immediate termination of access with no refunds.

4. No Refund Policy – Digital Products

Your Purpose Era is a digital product with immediate access to content, training, and community.

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge immediate access and waive any right to chargebacks or refunds.

There is no “change of mind” policy for digital access.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities & Payouts

As an affiliate, you are responsible for:

Promoting ethically and honestly

Complying with platform policies and advertising laws

Using only approved promotional materials and messaging

Maintaining valid payout information

The Program owner is not responsible for failed payouts due to incorrect or inactive payout information.

6. Disputes, Chargebacks & Financial Responsibility

If a customer who purchased through you initiates a dispute:

• The customer is responsible for resolving it

• If unresolved, you are financially responsible

• You have 10 calendar days to repay the dispute

Failure to repay within 10 days will result in:

Immediate removal from the Program

Termination of affiliate rights

Loss of future commissions

Any customer who disputes a charge will be permanently removed from the Program and communities.

7. Termination

The Program owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for:

Policy violations

Non-payment of disputes

Misrepresentation or unethical promotion

Chargeback patterns

Disruptive or abusive behavior

Sharing your login to this Skool community

Upon termination, access and commissions may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

No earnings are guaranteed.

The Program owner is not liable for any financial outcomes, losses, or damages.

This Program is educational only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Affiliate-Specific Disclaimer

As an affiliate, you acknowledge that promoting Your Purpose Era does not guarantee commissions or earnings.

Affiliate income is not guaranteed and depends on your ability to market ethically, consistently, and in compliance with all Terms and platform guidelines.

Your Purpose Era does not guarantee that any affiliate will earn commissions or recover their investment.

11. Refunds, Disputes, Affiliate Responsibility & (MRR Structure)

Your Purpose Era is hosted as a reseller/affiliate program within your own storefront. As such, you acknowledge and agree that all customer sales are made directly through you as the affiliate, not through the Program owner.

If an affiliate’s customer initiates a refund request, dispute, or chargeback:

• The Program owner and course creator are not responsible for resolving or paying customer disputes

• Responsibility for customer disputes lies solely with the affiliate who processed the sale

• Any dispute fees, chargeback amounts, or refunded payments are the financial responsibility of the affiliate

This structure is intentional and exists to ensure:

• Clear ownership of customer transactions

• Proper accountability for sales and disputes

• Protection of the Program, community, and business operations

By participating as an affiliate, you understand that banks, payment processors, and platforms may determine that disputes are the responsibility of the seller — which, under this structure, is you as the affiliate.

You agree that the Program owner will not absorb or cover disputes, refunds, or chargebacks initiated by customers you enroll.

12.❗ No Employment / No Business Relationship Disclaimer

Participation in Your Purpose Era does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or ownership relationship of any kind.

All participants, members, affiliates, collaborators, and resellers operate as independent individuals or independent businesses and are not employees, contractors, agents, representatives, or partners of Your Purpose Era or of any business associated with it.

Participants acknowledge and agree that they:

Are not employed by Your Purpose Era

Do not represent Your Purpose Era or any business associated with it

Have no ownership, equity, or legal rights in Your Purpose Era or any related business

Have no authority to bind, speak for, or make claims on behalf of Your Purpose Era or any related business

Each participant is solely responsible for:

Their own actions, statements, and marketing practices

Their own customers and affiliates

Their own income reporting, taxes, fees, and legal compliance

Your Purpose Era and any business associated with it assume no responsibility or liability for any actions, representations, disputes, chargebacks, losses, or claims arising from a participant’s independent activities.

13. BUNDLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bundling & Promotion Policy

Effective April 28, 2026

Your Purpose Era 2.0 (“YPE”) may not be bundled, packaged, or sold in combination with any other course, program, or third-party offer.

This policy is in place to maintain the integrity, clarity, and value of the Program. Bundling YPE with other offers may result in misrepresentation, customer confusion, and a diminished experience for members.

Permitted Use

Affiliates and members may:

Promote YPE 2.0 independently using their affiliate link

Share personal experiences, testimonials, and results

Offer personal bonuses that they have created themselves

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates and members may not:

Bundle YPE 2.0 with any other course, program, or offer

Package YPE 2.0 as part of a combined or discounted bundle

Promote YPE 2.0 alongside other courses as a single purchase or offer

Enforcement

Violation of this policy will result in:

Immediate removal from the Your Purpose Era community

Revocation of affiliate rights and access to the Program

Store Setup & Affiliate Commission Responsibility

If an affiliate chooses to independently set up their own storefront or sales system for promoting Your Purpose Era products, the affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for ensuring their setup is completed correctly, including proper commission tracking and payment processing.

In the event that affiliate commissions are not automatically tracked, collected, or properly connected due to the affiliate’s personal storefront setup, the affiliate remains fully responsible for paying the required 20% affiliate commission to before their customer is granted access to the Your Purpose Era community, products, or materials.

Failure to submit the required commission payment may result in:

Delay or denial of customer access

Removal of customers from the community

Revocation of special storefront permissions

Suspension or termination of affiliate privileges and access to promote Your Purpose Era products

All affiliates are responsible for verifying that their storefront systems, links, checkout processes, and payment structures are functioning properly at all times.

By participating in Your Purpose Era 2.0 as a member or affiliate, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
